Shipping policy
1. Order Processing & Production Time
- Processing Time: Standard orders take 2 to 4 business days to brand, quality check, and pack before shipment.
- Operating Hours: Our fulfillment facility operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates
We ship exclusively to the United States and Canada from our partner fulfillment facilities.

Please note: The total time to receive your package equals the Processing Time + Shipping Time.
3. Shipping Rates & Customs
- Shipping Cost: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
- Cross-Border Shipments (Canada): While orders are dispatched efficiently, Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable local customs fees, import duties, or provincial taxes imposed upon arrival.
4. Shipment Tracking
Every single order includes trackable shipping.
- You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your label is generated.
- Tracking updates typically begin reflecting on the courier's system within 24 to 48 hours.
5. Incorrect Address Policy
We ship exactly to the address provided at checkout. Chai & Jasmine is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect address information. If a package is lost or returned to fulfillment due to a checkout entry error, a reshipping fee will apply to send a replacement.
