Refund policy
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will gladly make it right at no extra cost to you.
- Do Not Ship Items Back: For health and safety reasons, we do not require you to mail damaged cosmetics or skincare products back to us.
- Time Limit: You must report any damages or defects within 2 days of receiving your package.
- How to Claim: Please email us at chaiandjasmine0708@gmail.com with your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the damage.
- Resolution: Once approved, we will ship a brand-new replacement item to you completely free of charge, or issue a full refund for the product.
2. Cancellations and Change of Mind
Because our beauty products are custom-branded and made-to-order just for you, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind, buyer's remorse, or if you simply do not like the color.
- All sales are final once an order has been processed and sent to fulfillment.
- We highly recommend reviewing product descriptions and shade details carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Shipping Fees
- Original Shipping: Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Replacement Shipping: If a replacement is issued for a damaged item, we will cover 100% of the new shipping costs.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Chai & Jasmine is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as successfully delivered by the courier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and correct at checkout.
